Primary Responsibilities: ? Conduct and complete all compliance due diligence required for each requested ITPs (Indirect Third Parties, e.g. contract dealers, subs, I&E companies, etc.) ? Review onboarding/renewal/amendment/offboarding workflows related to compliance reasons, maintain ITP’s red flags and other documentation as required for adherence to ITP compliance policy ? Perform required training to ITP and/or internal employees about GE Compliance policies ? Manage and maintain the compliance termination/banned list as appropriate. ? Review dealer monitoring alerts and escalate to DRB/IRB discussion as necessary ? Participate and propose feasible/practical compliance solutions to stakeholders during DRB/IRB or other necessary conversations ? Excellent compliance awareness and judgement ability to make compliance decisions by supporting healthy business growth without compromising Compliance standards ? Participate in or lead moderately complicated or simple programs and report regular progress ? Excellent communication skill and collaboration between BUs, Channel team and other key stakeholders on the major changes impacting ITP engagement ? Support compliance monitoring/auditing activities or internal investigation for ITPs ? Other tasks assigned by direct manager and chief compliance officer.
Qualifications Required: SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION: ? Solid dealer due diligence experience and knowledge of relevant laws/regulations ? Solid understanding of ITP related compliance risks, including identification, prevention, remediation and compliance risk control ? Ability to locate and analyze facts to determine relevance, differentiate false and true compliance risks ? Problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively manage compliance risks, and provide feasible/practical compliance solutions ? Great communication skills of clearly articulating/summarizing the compliance issues and providing practical/feasible advice during DRB/IRB and communication with Channel, Business and key stakeholders ? Ability to keep passion under high working pressure, self-motivated and proactive ? Ability to be both effective individual contributor and effective team player ? Ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and personal accountability are required ? Be fluent in both Chinese and English language ? This position requires (a) university degree (b) 3-5 years of compliance or channel compliance/management experience in life science or medical device company, big four experience preferred
