職位描述
海運拼箱
職責描述：
1. 監(jiān)督歐洲航線本地的日常操作，確保順利有效開展；
Monitoring daily local operation of FAK team, ensure local operation goes smoothly and efficiently;
2. 監(jiān)督各客服的配箱，必要時給予指導，使配箱優(yōu)化；
Monitoring the CSR to arrange the best loading, guide them to achieve the best utilization when needed;
3. 必要時協(xié)調(diào)倉庫，船公司（莊家），報關行，協(xié)助客服解決裝箱，艙位，設備，報關查驗等的問題, 確保順利出運；
Co-ordinating with CFS, carriers (or master loads) and customs broker to help CSR to resolve problems of loading, space, equipment, customs clearance and inspection etc... when needed, ensure smooth handling and container exported;
4. 監(jiān)督并指導客服與海外代理對日常操作的溝通和問題處理的郵件；
Monitoring and guide CSR to communicate or resolve daily operational issues with overseas;
5. 每月規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成考評；
Monthly scoring for each member before deadline;
6. 完成上級和公司交辦的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor and company.
崗位要求：
1. 大專以上學歷；
College degree or above;
2. 物流、貨代或其他相關專業(yè)；
Major in logistics, forwarding or other related;
3. 3年以上航線操作經(jīng)驗；
At least 3 years trade lane operation experience;
4. 3年以上管理經(jīng)驗；
At least 3 years management experience;
5. CET-4，英文聽說讀寫能力較強。
CET-4, good command in English.
除基本薪資外，另有團隊票數(shù)提成。
