MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To perform and complete operational, customer
service tasks in line with the targets of the company. Accurately managing
customer enquiries and performing warehouse in line with agreed business
processes and procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Review shipment data received by the Customer Care Team, ensuring that the following aspects of shipment design are fit for purpose
2. Manage communication between Biocair Teams and third-party vendors regarding shipment details, clearance instructions, documentation changes, and necessary licenses/permits
3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.
4. Record details regarding shipment deviations and supplier non-conformance in the transport management system
5. Identify and capture all exception expenses incurred in operations and shipment deviations, ensuring full transparency and appropriate cost allocation
6. Act as a Data Steward for third-party vendor and agent details in the transportation management system, ensuring quality and accuracy by formatting and cleaning data per standards set by the Control Tower Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or above, CET 4 or above, Good capability in written and verbal English is preferred; Good communication ability; Quick learning ability; Strong organizational skills; Strong sense of team working.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
1. International trading and freight forwarding knowledge is essential
2. International logistics management knowledge is essential
3. English writing and speaking ability is essential
4. Customs clearance and brokerage knowledge is desirable
5. Pharmaceutical and Biological knowledge is desirable
6. Warehouse management knowledge is essential
7. Temperature control packaging knowledge is essential
