1. Be responsible research and develop new products and push to solve products development problems, make sure new products meet customer’s requirement. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，推動(dòng)解決研發(fā)過程中的問題，確保新產(chǎn)品滿足客戶要求。 2. Follow APQP process to finish new products 2D/3D drawings, BOM, DFMEA, specification, DVP, RDM/RDO etc. and make sure new products mass production smoothly. 遵循APQP流程完成新產(chǎn)品的2D/3D圖紙，BOM, DFMEA, 技術(shù)規(guī)范，設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證等，確保新產(chǎn)品順利量產(chǎn)。 3. Management of products and parts drawings, BOM and define product standards, package standard etc. 管理產(chǎn)品圖紙、BOM清單，定義產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和包裝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。 4. Responsible for products optimizing and improvement constantly. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)優(yōu)化和改善。 5. Support team to analyze and improve the product problems. 支持團(tuán)隊(duì)分析和解決產(chǎn)品問題。 6. Promote ECR/ECN changes for products and materials. 推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品和材料ECR/ECN的變更。 7. Lead products cost accounting and new products quotation. 主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品成本核算和新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)。 8. 1. 2 years or above experience in R&D appliances. Experience in Auto Parts 2年以上汽車產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，電磁閥、線圈研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先 2. Clear product development process, understand the selection of some basic raw materials and product certification (UL, CQC,CCC, etc.) 清晰產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)流程，熟悉產(chǎn)品的選材和產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證的流程 3.
