崗位職責(zé)要求:
? New Product R&D
1. Lead and formulate company's new product and technology development strategy in alignment with company’s development goals.
2. Organize and implement development strategies for new products and technology projects those are defined/approved by the company according to the market demands. Monitor execution, propose revisions, and adjust plans as needed.
3. Create annual R&D plans and budget proposals.
4. Participate in making the decision for the R&D direction, new technology definition, including evaluating technical solutions and key projects.
? Project Management
1. Lead technological innovation planning and manage patent portfolio applications.
2. Lead or supervise to establish the R&D projects, create the standards for project initiation, verification and validation, and guarantee all the projects implemented with the final targets according to the project plans.
3. Review and approve technical documentation, testing standards, and product manuals for new products.
4. Cooperate with related departments to ensure all the new developed products and technology projects achieving the industrialization.
? Technical Support
1. Collaborate the departments which need the support from R&D for any activities.
2. Participate in resolving technical and quality-related customer complaints.
3. Assist in product promotion and marketing activities.
? Department Management
1. Set annual R&D department goals and budgets, ensuring execution and compliance.
2. Manage task allocation and resource coordination.
3. Oversee team development, including recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, coaching, and training.
4. Handle internal and external communication and interactions related to R&D and technical activities.
5. Maintain departmental documentation and archives.
任職條件:
? Qualifications:
1. English spoken
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy & Power Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
3. Proficient in simulation and design software (CFD, Fluent, SolidWorks, AutoCAD); knowledge of fluid/air dynamics and heat transfer principles.
4. 5+ years in project management and in new product development; Minimum 3 years of departmental management experience.
5. Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, planning, and execution skills.
