JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Translate and review inspection reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
2. File, manage, and properly maintain original Letters of Guarantee issued by factories.
3. Establish and maintain complete inspection and testing records.
4. Track all testing-related expenditures.
5. Negotiate with laboratories to secure the best pricing for testing services.
6. Monitor in-store testing failures and prepare analysis reports.
7. Follow up on failed test reports and determine payment responsibility (company or factories).
8. Prepare and maintain inspection record tracking charts and ETD update tracking reports to ensure timely follow-up and visibility.
Requirement:
- has 3-4 years' working experience in third party, like SGS, ITS, and BV. know all the process for the testing would be preferred.
- 10 years' experience USA retailers
-Work under pressure, have the sense of responsibility,
- Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.
- Good time management and communication skill;
- Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.
