Key Responsibilities:
1.Deliver Tier 2 or 3 technical support for back-office applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues in line with SLAs.
2.Maintain, enhance, and update back-office applications to align with business requirements provided by Business Analysts.
3.Conduct user training across multiple time zones and manage user access rights with quarterly reviews.
4.Develop and execute test plans for quality assurance, collaborating closely with developers to resolve bugs.
5.Monitor system performance and apply necessary patches and upgrades to maintain system availability.
6.Maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides and support logs
Requirements:
1.Strong technical support experience, with the ability to support end users and diagnosis technical issue, troubleshooting with developers, server and network administrators.
2.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
3.Experience in testing and quality assurance processes.
4.Self -motivated and proactive mindset for system maintenance and optimization.
5.Language proficiency: Read and write in English and Chinese; speak both Cantonese and Putonghua

Salary :

Working Hours:
