崗位職責(zé):
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic corporate communication & PR initiatives to enhance the company
s brand reputation. Scope of this role includes leading CSR, ESG activities, media relationship management, crisis management and overall internal and external communications from corporate level.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
-Lead the team to develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication & PR strategies that align with the company
s goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the strategies are up-to-date and effective.
-Manage media coverage and engagement. Strengthen the company’s media network, serve as the company spokesperson and effectively handle media inquiries, interviews, and crisis communication situations.
-Manage the company
s branding and corporate identity, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ESG initiatives.
-Develop and maintain trusted relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at corporate level, including Corporate Commercial BU, GM/Boards Office, industry associations, academia, key opinion formers, and communities etc.
-Oversee the internal communication strategies collaborated with TMOD to effectively engage and inform employees
-Manage and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
任職要求:
Requirements
-Bachelor‘s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
-At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication and PR with strong tracked record, 5 years+ experience as management role, previous experience in Pharma/Biotech industry or PR agency will be an advantage.
-Ability to build trusted relationships and influence with internal associates and other key stakeholders.
-Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.
-Strategic mindset – continually focused on the strategic impact of communications tactics.
-Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Proficiency in both Chinese and English is necessary.
