Scope: Participate in the daily lab test related operations and responsibilities necessary to maintain high quality and timely support for product development and time-to-market of new products and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:

1. Carry out routine work in lab and complete specific work orders and projects in the most safe&efficient method to support project schedules and production manufacturing on a day-to-day basis.
完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室的一些日常工作，完成指定的工作任務(wù)單，用最安全最效率的操作方法，支持項(xiàng)目開發(fā)與制造協(xié)助等相關(guān)工作。
2. As per assigned work orders, assemble and test products to comply with engineering specifications (hydrostatic, flex, bending moment, air, cycle, low temperature, heat aging, and any additional required tests).
根據(jù)指派的工作任務(wù)單，按照技術(shù)要求組裝并開展實(shí)驗(yàn)（如水壓實(shí)驗(yàn)，撓性驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)，承受彎矩實(shí)驗(yàn)，氣密封實(shí)驗(yàn)，循環(huán)疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)，低溫實(shí)驗(yàn)，高溫試驗(yàn)和其它特定實(shí)驗(yàn)）
3. Inspection of cast, machined, or welded components from any Victaulic facility, foreign and domestic suppliers for defects and compliance with engineering specifications and drawings for sample approval.
為樣品批準(zhǔn)提供支持，檢查來自于唯特利工廠和國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)商的鑄件、機(jī)加工件和焊接件，查看是否有缺陷、是否與技術(shù)要求一致。
4. Inspection and/or testing of sample gaskets and elastomer components from foreign and domestic vendors and Victaulic elastomer producing facilities for defects and compliance with engineering specification and drawings for mold and tooling approvals.
為模具與工裝的批準(zhǔn)提供支持，檢查來自于唯特利工廠和國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)商的膠圈樣品和橡膠零件，查看是否有缺陷、是否與技術(shù)要求一致。
5. Install necessary piping and components and operate instrumentation to measure performance in the flow test loop to comply with engineering specifications.
為進(jìn)行流動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)，組裝必要的管道、部件和監(jiān)測儀表，檢查結(jié)果是否與技術(shù)要求一致。
6. Set-up, program and operate Universal Test Machine.
組裝、調(diào)試和操作常見的測試設(shè)備。
7. Operate cut-off saw, drill press, belt sander, grinder, and other machine shop equipment, as necessary, to prepare pipe for grooving, and product testing.
會(huì)操作鋸床、鉆床、砂輪機(jī)、角磨機(jī)和其它必要的設(shè)備者優(yōu)先考慮，而為滾槽和產(chǎn)品測試做準(zhǔn)備。
8. Set up and operate all Victaulic pipe preparation and grooving tools (clean and maintain, as needed).
組裝和操作唯特利與管道準(zhǔn)備有關(guān)的工具、溝槽工具等（必要時(shí)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)）。
9. Prepare, assemble and test Victaulic products, as necessary, for agency testing per respective specifications.

10. Prepare product assemblies and perform demonstrations for customers touring the Victaulic facilities.
為客戶參觀、銷售培訓(xùn)等提供產(chǎn)品組裝與驗(yàn)證測試。
11. Record and maintain test results database.
真實(shí)記錄并維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
12. Workshop safety issue found , control and rectification
安全隱患發(fā)現(xiàn)、控制與整改。
13. Carry out the certification of various samples and the calibration of various test instruments.
完成各種樣品的認(rèn)證試驗(yàn),檢測量具的校正。
14. Daily spot check , repair , and regular maintenance of equipment , to ensure the equipment work well.
完成設(shè)備的日常點(diǎn)檢、維修與定期保養(yǎng)，保證設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好安全。
15. Specific policies and procedures have been established by the Engineering Department to provide for the security and accessibility of electronic data and confidential information. It is the responsibility of the employee, in the daily course of doing business, to follow said policies as they relate to document management (see EOG-26). The extent to which departmental research and development information is stored electronically has vastly increased, and will continue to do so. The new Federal rules pertaining to electronic discovery stipulate that substantive email communications constituted "records" under the Federal Records Act. It is therefore the responsibility of each departmental employee to understand their role in communicating via e-mails and that all e-mails must be written/responded to in a professional manner, as outlined in EOG-26.

QUALIFICATIONS:
崗位要求
1. One (1) years experience in an lab ,QA,or industrial environment.
一年實(shí)驗(yàn)室、質(zhì)量檢查或者制造車間工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 優(yōu)先。
2. Junior College or Higher.
大專（含）以上學(xué)歷，本科優(yōu)先
3. Quick mind, sincere , positive , initiative , responsibility ,safety consciousness, team work.
頭腦靈活，穩(wěn)重細(xì)心，積極上進(jìn)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的安全意識(shí)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)
4. Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, stamping, incoming inspection, test instrument operation, and electrical basics.
有水壓、氣壓實(shí)驗(yàn)、沖壓或者設(shè)備操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，來料檢驗(yàn)，實(shí)驗(yàn)測量儀器操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，基本的電工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5. Able to maintain records and log books.
能夠準(zhǔn)確記錄與維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄
6. Common computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic English speaking skill.
具有一定的電腦軟件使用能力，如Microsoft Word, Excel 等, 具有一定的英語溝通能力。
