焊接工程師崗位要求表（中英文） 類別 / Category詳細(xì)要求 / Detailed Requirements基本任職資格Basic Qualifications- 持有有效焊工資質(zhì)（如 SMAW / GTAW / FCAW / SAW 相關(guān)證書）Possess valid welder qualification certificates (e.g., SMAW / GTAW / FCAW / SAW).- 持 CSWIP 3.1（必需）CSWIP 3.1 (Required).- 持 IWE / EWE（優(yōu)先）IWE/EWE preferred.- 能熟練使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)及書面溝通Good English communication skills (verbal & written).標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范能力Standards & Codes Knowledge- 熟悉 ASME Section IX（WPS/PQR/WPQ）Familiar with ASME Section IX (WPS/PQR/WPQ).- 熟悉 ASME B31.3 / B31.1 / API 650 / API 653 等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者優(yōu)先Good understanding of ASME B31.3 / B31.1 / API 650 / API 653 preferred.- 能根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審核 WPS、PQR，識(shí)別不符合項(xiàng)Capable of reviewing WPS and PQR per codes and identifying non-conformities.焊接技術(shù)能力Technical Competency- 熟悉碳鋼、不銹鋼、低合金鋼等焊接工藝Experienced in welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and low alloy steel.- 了解儲(chǔ)罐、管道、結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接工藝Knowledge of tank, pipeline, and structural welding processes.- 能指導(dǎo)焊工資質(zhì)評(píng)定、焊接試板制作Ability to supervise welder qualification tests and test piece preparation.焊材與設(shè)備管理Welding Consumables & Equipment Management- 焊材領(lǐng)用、烘干、返潮控制、發(fā)放和庫(kù)房管理Manage welding consumables (issuing, drying, re-baking, control of moisture, and storage).- 熟悉焊機(jī)及相關(guān)設(shè)備的檢查和校驗(yàn)要求Knowledge of welding equipment inspection and calibration requirements.焊接質(zhì)量管理Welding Quality Control- 制定和執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接質(zhì)量計(jì)劃（WQP）Develop and implement site Welding Quality Plan (WQP).- 熟悉焊縫檢驗(yàn)（VT、PT、MT、RT、UT 的要求與協(xié)調(diào)）Familiar with welding inspection (VT, PT, MT, RT, UT coordination).- 管控焊接參數(shù)、層間溫度、熱輸入等關(guān)鍵要點(diǎn)Control welding parameters, interpass temperature, heat inpu現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問題處理Site Issue Handling- 能獨(dú)立分析焊接缺陷和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接問題Able to analyze welding defects and site welding issues independently.- 制定糾正及預(yù)防措施（CAPA）Prepare corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).文件與報(bào)驗(yàn)Documentation & Submission- 熟悉 QA/QC 文檔體系（ITP、WPS、PQR、WQT、NDT 報(bào)告等）Familiar with QA/QC document system (ITP, WPS, PQR, WQT, NDT reports, etc.).- 編寫焊接質(zhì)量問題調(diào)查報(bào)告、RFI、NCR、CAR 等文件Prepare welding investigation reports, RFI, NCR, CAR, etc.- 主導(dǎo)與第三方檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)、業(yè)主、監(jiān)理溝通報(bào)驗(yàn)Lead inspection coordination with client/consultant/third-party inspectors.項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行能力Project Capability- 能在印尼多文化施工環(huán)境工作，有海外項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先Capable of working in multicultural teams in Indonesia; overseas experience preferred.- 能制定焊接進(jìn)度計(jì)劃并跟蹤執(zhí)行Able to plan and track welding schedules.- 支持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)Provide technical training for welders and construction teams.安全要求HSE Requirements- 熟悉焊接安全（防火、防爆、氣瓶管理、高處作業(yè)）Knowledge of welding safety (fire prevention, explosion protection, gas cylinder handling, working at height).- 按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng) HSE 要求執(zhí)行焊接作業(yè)控制Ensure welding operations comply with site HSE requirement
