外企集團(tuán)公司上市企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)中級(jí)職稱(chēng)英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力佳制造業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)電梯行業(yè)
Responsibility:崗位職責(zé)
Part A:Financial Specialist 財(cái)務(wù)專(zhuān)員
1. Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping related with NEGC general ledger, Tax, AR, revenue, expense, Cost, AP
2. Responsible for bank reconciliation monthly.
3. Responsible for the statistics reports to statistics bureau
4. Responsible for tax declaration to tax bureaus, ensure tax payment on time and accurate to avoid tax risk. Including income tax, VAT, export Vat refund, city construction fee, education fee, stamp duty etc.
5. Responsible for government yearly joint audit.
6. Responsible for NEGC accounts balance review, clean abnormal accounts balance timely.
7. Responsible for the adjustment between CN GAAP and US GAAP.
8. Organize monthly closing, ensure monthly closing accurate and comply with Corporate schedule.
9. Responsible for BPC data uploading and reconciliation, ensure monthly data and quarterly reports submitting accurate and on time, deal with other requirements from NAHC reporting team.
10. Responsible for external audit, cooperate with CPA firms for financial reports annual audit.
11. Responsible for ICQ and Internal Audit.
12. Responsible for Expense Forecast,Actual VS Forecast analysis
13. Work as finance key user to deal with ERP issues
14. Other works required.
Part B:HR Specialist 人事專(zhuān)員
1. Recruitment: Responsible for the full implementation of the recruitment process for NEGC. 招聘工作:負(fù)責(zé)NEGC招聘全流程落地操作,從發(fā)布招聘信息、篩選簡(jiǎn)歷、組織面試(包括初面安排、協(xié)調(diào)總公司用人部門(mén)、人力資源部復(fù)試)到面試結(jié)果反饋、人員入職手續(xù)的辦理;
2. Training: This includes company-level training such as the employee handbook, company policies and regulations, expense reimbursement procedures, etc. 員工培訓(xùn):包括公司層入門(mén)級(jí)的培訓(xùn),如員工手冊(cè)、規(guī)章制度、費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(xiāo)流程等;同時(shí)協(xié)助組織公司內(nèi)部其他培訓(xùn)活動(dòng);
3. Employee Management:Including On boarding, probation and resignation management員工關(guān)系管理:包括入職管理、在職管理、員工日常考勤管理和離職管理等所有落地執(zhí)行工作;
4. Other tasks that required for the implementation of HR operations by NEQC.其他需要支持和配合NEQC人力資源部落地執(zhí)行的工作。
Qualification:任職要求
1. College or University Degree of Finance and Accounting財(cái)務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
2. 3 Years or more accounting experience in a multi-national manufacturing plant.3年以上跨國(guó)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;有電梯行業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)操盤(pán)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3. Solid financial background to support further analysis,experience in personnel management is welcomed.扎實(shí)的財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有人事管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4. Familiar with ERP system (SAP or equivalent preferred).熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)(用友或類(lèi)似軟件);
5. Fluent English in writing and reading, CET-4 or more.良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力,英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上;
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and patience, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments. 有良好的責(zé)任心和耐心,做好跨部門(mén)的溝通與協(xié)作;
