Remote work supporting Central team and Guidepost school network in Asia (Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore)

CEG is looking for an Recruitment Specialist to join our People Operations team. This will be a remote position stationed in Philippines, providing all-round recruitment support to our network of schools in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia including candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangements and onboarding preparation. This is a great opportunity to work with an international team to develop and grow within and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Understand hiring needs and requirements to develop and carry
out candidate search, utilize different sourcing strategies including
online databases, social media sites, and in-house databases to identify
and contact potential candidates
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the
company's reputation as an employer of choice
Screening and Interview:
- Conduct initial screening of candidates
- Handles all rounded coordination including setting up
interviews, post-interview follow up and reference checks
Candidate Management:
- Develop and maintain candidate database and reports to track
all recruitment related activities, to build and extend the talent pool
- Provide quality customer service to internal stakeholders and
candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with new hire onboarding preparation
Onboarding Planning & Execution:
- Design and manage a structured onboarding journey with tailored
experiences.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding tasks, including documentation,
equipment setup, and role preparation.
- Facilitate team introductions, training sessions, and cultural
integration activities.
HR Administration:
- Assist to administer HRIS and leave management systems
- Assis to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs)
- Prepare HR reports and analysis
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience with a track record in managing full-cycle recruitment process
- Background or experience in Education field will be a great advantage
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to build relationships with different stakeholders
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools and technologies
- Result oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
