崗位職責(zé):
1.有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)能力，善于攻堅(jiān)克難，解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中的技術(shù)難題。有能力進(jìn)行多肽工藝開發(fā)，技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移，數(shù)據(jù)分析和項(xiàng)目匯報(bào)。
Strong technical ability, good at problem solving. Capable of peptide process development, technology transfer, data analysis, and project reporting.
2.熟悉多肽藥物研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的流程。熟悉GMP概念和流程，能夠指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)，協(xié)調(diào)采購，QA，QC，和生產(chǎn)部門進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。
Familiar with the workflow of peptide drug substance process development and manufacturing. Familiar with GMP concepts and workflow, able to guide teams, coordinate procurement, QA, QC, and production departments for manufacturing.
3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)2個(gè)以上小組，大于15人的多肽工藝研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)。負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的日常管理。
Lead a peptide process development team consisting of 2 or more groups and more than 15 members. Responsible for the daily management of the team.
項(xiàng)目管理和客戶管理
4.同時(shí)管理6個(gè)以上早期研發(fā)項(xiàng)目或者1-2個(gè)后期研發(fā)項(xiàng)目。同時(shí)管理1個(gè)以上關(guān)鍵客戶。確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完成，滿足質(zhì)量要求和成本控制。
Simultaneously manage 6 or more early-stage R&D projects or 1-2 late-stage R&D projects. Manage one or more key account. Ensure the project is completed on time, meeting quality requirements and cost control.
5.負(fù)責(zé)提煉、管理、分析關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)，書寫相關(guān)報(bào)告，并向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層或客戶作匯報(bào)。能夠用英語與客戶書面和口頭流利交流。
Responsible for extracting, managing, and analyzing key data, writing relevant reports, and reporting to leadership or clients. Capable of fluent written and oral communication with clients in English.
任職要求:
1.碩士及以上學(xué)歷，博士學(xué)歷優(yōu)先。
Master
s degree or above. PhD is preferred.
2.有機(jī)化學(xué)、多肽化學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)以及相關(guān)專業(yè)
Organic chemistry, peptide chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and related majors.
3.英語口語流利，書寫流暢，同時(shí)具備口語和書面英語交流能力
Fluent in spoken and written English, with both oral and written communication skills.
4.有多肽工藝設(shè)計(jì)、工藝表征、工藝驗(yàn)證經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Work experience on peptide process design, process characterization, and process validation (PV/PPQ) is preferred.
5.在多肽工藝研發(fā)有五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。具有小分子工藝研發(fā)五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者，博士學(xué)歷，也可考慮。
More than five years of work experience in peptide process is preferred. Can be extended to more than five years of work experience in small molecule process, with PhD degree.
