Role and Responsibility
推動(dòng)醫(yī)院VBP/AMS科學(xué)管理:
● 為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)VBP/AMS的科學(xué)化管理提供專業(yè)建議和廣闊視野，進(jìn)而保障與醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的持續(xù)合作、產(chǎn)品安全運(yùn)營(yíng)。
● 與跨部門(mén)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，整合資源，幫助醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)提高VBP/AMS科學(xué)管理的意愿和能力。e.g., 搭建學(xué)術(shù)平臺(tái)，組織pocket meeting, 為學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)收集和總結(jié)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的科學(xué)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，推動(dòng)科學(xué)管理工具的研發(fā)和推廣。
分析和總結(jié)VBP/AMS運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)及成功經(jīng)驗(yàn):
● 收集和分析VBP/AMS運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)，評(píng)估科學(xué)管理成效，為持續(xù)優(yōu)化政策和方法提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
● 提煉和總結(jié)VBP/AMS的成功運(yùn)營(yíng)模式，發(fā)掘關(guān)鍵影響指標(biāo)，為更多醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)制提供樣板。
項(xiàng)目管理
● 活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行；項(xiàng)目管理和相關(guān)活動(dòng)支持
● Professional Qualification & Skills
● Background in medical, pharmaceutical, experience of KA manager, district sales manager, regional marketing manager background is a plus.
● High level knowledge and expertise in native or oversea volume-based procurement and anti-microbial stewardship.
● Strong communication skills, fast learning, good key account management kills, understanding of Chinese health policies. Networking skills is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of clinical medicine, data analysis, scientific thinking capability, innovative thinking. Project management and academic conference organization experience
● Proficient in PowerPoint, excel, other office software
