Responsibilities:
1.As a bridge between users and IT teams to collect and analyze requirements of stakeholders, provide system solution and business process redesign.
2.Prepare detail system documents, functional specification, test plan, training materials and user manuals
3.Design future mode of process, procedure and practice (clearly defining roles and responsibilities, manual and automated activities).
4.Coordinate & mobilize stakeholders (users, IT, vendor teams, etc.) to implement system change.
5.Monitor, track and report of a project progress
6.Identify any implementation issues and resolve or escalate these.
7.Monitor and evaluate business process performance
8.Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Requirement:
1.3-7 years of work experience in business analyst within telecommunications preferably at a leading telecom operator or with a reputable management consulting firm.
2.Bachelor's degree preferred, in either IT, Engineering or Business Administration or similar.
3.Good understanding of industry trends and developments.
4.Knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) would be advantage
5.Understanding of IT architecture and BSS / OSS systems
6.Familiar with IT system development cycle, project and change management.
7.Fluent in Cantonese and English and also preferably in Mandarin.
