物流工藝規(guī)劃顧問，地點(diǎn)：北京
您的職責(zé)：
?您將負(fù)責(zé)在相關(guān)生產(chǎn)區(qū)域進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查，并為我們?cè)谄嚭凸?yīng)商行業(yè)的客戶準(zhǔn)備流程記錄。
?您的任務(wù)將包括分析所考慮的生產(chǎn)流程及其同步。
?您將研究?jī)?yōu)化和合理化生產(chǎn)流程的可能性，并接管產(chǎn)能計(jì)算，以進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
?您還將負(fù)責(zé)舉辦KAIZEN研討會(huì)。
任職要求：
?機(jī)械工程、生產(chǎn)工程、工業(yè)工程或類似技術(shù)課程的學(xué)位，并獲得（第一）專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有汽車行業(yè)實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
?此外，具備生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和精益生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的分析和評(píng)估實(shí)用知識(shí)，并輔以工作準(zhǔn)備、工藝規(guī)劃或材料和生產(chǎn)控制方面的知識(shí)。
?理想情況下，已經(jīng)具備應(yīng)用常見工業(yè)工程工具的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?熟悉MS Office、CAD和CATIA
?需要有很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)和溝通能力，有主見，有很高的應(yīng)變能力和靈活性。
?優(yōu)秀的溝通和表達(dá)能力，包括快速理解和積極傾聽，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
?能夠在復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目任務(wù)中獨(dú)立與客戶合作，并在國(guó)際項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)中工作。
?流利的普通話和商務(wù)英語（書寫和口語），懂其他語言，尤其是德語者優(yōu)先。

Logistics Process Planning Consultants (f/m/d)
Location: Beijing

We can count on you here:
?You will be responsible for carrying out on-site inspections in the relevant production areas as well as for preparing process records for our customers in the automotive and supplier industry.
?Your tasks will include the analysis of the considered production process and its synchronization.
?You will examine the possibilities for optimizing and rationalizing the production process and take over the capacity calculation for the optimum design of the production capacities.
?You will also be responsible for conducting KAIZEN workshops.
This is how you convince us:
?You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical course of studies and gained (first) professional experience. Practical experience in the automotive industry is an advantage for this position.
?In addition, you have practical knowledge of analysis and evaluation in the area of production planning and lean production, complemented by knowledge of work preparation, process planning or material and production control.
?Ideally, you already have practical experience in the application of common industrial engineering tools.
?You are familiar with MS Office, CAD & CATIA
?You are characterized by strong team and communication skills, assertiveness, high resilience and flexibility.
?Excellent communication and expression skills, including quick understanding and active listening, as well as good teamwork spirit.
?Capable of independently collaborating with clients in complex project tasks and working within international project teams.
?Fluent Mandarin and Business English (written and spoken), with proficiency in other languages, especially German, given priority.
?Based in Beijing.
