Missions:
Assist the management and team with
carrying out tasks (logistic and administrative tasks, coordination and
communication, etc.)
-Assist in the deployment of HR action
plans, and HR projects, documents, tools, programs and regulations. Ensure
effectiveness of HR actions (quality, costs, deadlines, etc.)
-Responds to the requests of operational
staff concerning all aspects of HR assigned to him/her.
-Support of developing the company values
and Group culture, and marcom
activities.
-Organizes appointments, manages diary and
phone calls, and acts as receptionist (identifies, provides them with
information and puts them through to the person or department they wish).
Oversees access and presents entry documents, ID badges, safety instructions,
etc.
-Processes and transmits various
information (mails, decisions, memos, contracts…).
-Organizes the logistic management
(business travel, meeting and specific events as seminars, fairs).
-Files and archives (both in hard copy and
electronic format).
Required Skills:
-Fluent
in Mandrin
and English.
-Undergraduate
or postgraduate in a good-tier university.
-Major
in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
-Excellent
communication skills.
-Capability
to analyze data, deliver insight and continuous improve.
-Fluent
in using MS office.
