MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Define suitable strategies for the accounts and execute action plans in alignment with business goals. -Identify business opportunities and set up tactical action plans including allocation of appropriate resources. -Commercial qualification of leads and incoming RFQs. -Analyze market trends and propose corresponding business plans to meet market requirements. -Manage sales and client administration in coordination with our sales back-office team. -Track reliable customers forecasts and predicted market trends. -Develop strategic relationship network. -Support and be the voice of the customers within our organization. -Get and share feedback from customers and the market. -Take part in the negotiation of frame contracts and spot projects. -Propose development's actions with Product Management team. -Report successes, lessons learned and corrective plans. This role requires up to 30% time on customer visiting activities and for attending trade shows of the industry. CERTIFICATION / EDUCATIONAL LEVEL -Master Degree in Business, Engineering and relative major PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE -At least 1 year experience in Business-to-Business sales or marketing -Experience in Power industry, HV/MV equipment/components business, energy grid monitoring, measurement and protection business are welcome assets KNOWLEDGE, SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES -Fluent in Chinese and English, any other Asian language an asset -Oversea education or work experience an asset -Computer literate -“Customer First” shared value -Positive and proactive attitude -Self-starter -Creative thinker and strong team spirit -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Creative negotiator with ability to solve complex situations and identify win-win solutions -Reliable and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
