工作職責(zé): 1.人力資源運(yùn)營(yíng)與系統(tǒng)-審查人力資源政策和法規(guī)并提供建議;維護(hù)Workday數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和機(jī)密性,報(bào)告并提供有助于解決問題和人力資源解決方案的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 2.定期人力資源報(bào)告和分析 3.根據(jù)公司的用人計(jì)劃開展招聘 4.管理入職和離職流程,促進(jìn)入職培訓(xùn)、合同和試用期管理。 5.持續(xù)改進(jìn)的心態(tài),分享并提供相關(guān)行業(yè)的人力資源情報(bào)報(bào)告 6.學(xué)習(xí)和培訓(xùn)-支持人力資源經(jīng)理進(jìn)行入職培訓(xùn)。支持培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并管理學(xué)習(xí)記錄;報(bào)告和分析。 7.人力資源項(xiàng)目-評(píng)估、計(jì)劃和實(shí)施人力資源項(xiàng)目,與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起發(fā)起、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參與、福利和多樣性計(jì)劃或活動(dòng)。 任職要求: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷 2.3-5年的人事工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3.英語口語能夠流利溝通 What You Will Do 1.HR Operation & System - review and advice on HR policy and regulations; maintaining Workday data integrity and confidentiality, reporting and provide statistical analysis that contributes to problem solving and HR solutions. 2.Regular HR report and analysis 3.Carry out recruitment according to the company's employment plan 4.Managing onboarding and offboarding process, facilitate onboard training, contract & probation management. 5.Constant improvement mindset, share and provide HR intelligence report in relevant industry 6.Learning and Training - support HR Manager for Orientation Training. Support for training program and administer learning record; reporting and analysis. 7.HR Projects - Assess, plan, and implement HR projects, Initiate, lead and organize site engagement, wellbeing and diversity program or activities with site leadership. We Need You: 1.Bachelor's degree or above 2.3-5 years of HR work experience 3.Fluent communication in spoken English
