工作職責:
1.人力資源運營與系統(tǒng)-審查人力資源政策和法規(guī)并提供建議;維護Workday數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和機密性,報告并提供有助于解決問題和人力資源解決方案的統(tǒng)計分析。
2.定期人力資源報告和分析
3.根據(jù)公司的用人計劃開展招聘
4.管理入職和離職流程,促進入職培訓、合同和試用期管理。
5.持續(xù)改進的心態(tài),分享并提供相關行業(yè)的人力資源情報報告
6.學習和培訓-支持人力資源經(jīng)理進行入職培訓。支持培訓計劃并管理學習記錄;報告和分析。
7.人力資源項目-評估、計劃和實施人力資源項目,與現(xiàn)場領導一起發(fā)起、領導和組織現(xiàn)場參與、福利和多樣性計劃或活動。
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學歷
2.3-5年的人事工作經(jīng)驗
3.英語口語能夠流利溝通
What You Will Do
1.HR Operation & System - review and advice on HR policy and regulations; maintaining Workday data integrity and confidentiality, reporting and provide statistical analysis that contributes to problem solving and HR solutions.
2.Regular HR report and analysis
3.Carry out recruitment according to the company's employment plan
4.Managing onboarding and offboarding process, facilitate onboard training, contract & probation management.
5.Constant improvement mindset, share and provide HR intelligence report in relevant industry
6.Learning and Training - support HR Manager for Orientation Training. Support for training program and administer learning record; reporting and analysis.
7.HR Projects - Assess, plan, and implement HR projects, Initiate, lead and organize site engagement, wellbeing and diversity program or activities with site leadership.
We Need You:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.3-5 years of HR work experience
3.Fluent communication in spoken English
