1. Manage payroll calculation and disbursement for all employees at the Conakry office.
2. Track salary changes, onboarding/offboarding, and position adjustments; ensure timely updates in the payroll system.
3. Establish and maintain employee payroll management policies to ensure compliance and timely payments.
4. Coordinate with external auditors and tax compliance entities to ensure payroll processes comply with national laws and
company policies.
5. Oversee payroll calculation and management for all expatriate employees across CTG’s Port, Railway, and Conakry office
divisions;
6. Assist the HR Senior Manager in managing expatriate payroll structures, allowances, subsidies, visa-related benefits, and other
compensation elements.
7. Review and supervise payroll calculations and payments for local employees in the Port and Railway divisions; monitor local
payroll supervisors’ compliance with payroll adjustments.
8. Liaise with the Finance Department and, when necessary, coordinate with overseas banks to ensure smooth payroll payment
processes for expatriates.
9. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, offering management optimization recommendations.

3. 制定并維護(hù)員工薪資管理政策,確保合規(guī)性和按時(shí)支付。
4. 與外部審計(jì)師和稅務(wù)合規(guī)機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào),確保薪資流程符合國家法律和公司政策。
5. 監(jiān)督 CTG 港口、鐵路和科納克里辦公室部門所有外派員工的薪資計(jì)算與管理;
6. 協(xié)助人力資源高級(jí)經(jīng)理管理外派員工薪資結(jié)構(gòu)、津貼、補(bǔ)貼、簽證相關(guān)福利及其他薪酬要素。
7. 審核并監(jiān)督港口和鐵路部門本地員工的薪資計(jì)算與支付,監(jiān)控本地薪資主管對(duì)薪資調(diào)整的合規(guī)情況。
8. 與財(cái)務(wù)部門聯(lián)絡(luò),必要時(shí)與海外銀行協(xié)調(diào),確保外派員工薪資支付流程順暢。
9. 提供月度、季度和年度薪資報(bào)告,并提出管理優(yōu)化建議。
