1、對(duì)產(chǎn)品在使用中發(fā)生的工藝、技術(shù)問(wèn)題給予及時(shí)的解決或建議,力爭(zhēng)0索賠。Responsible for the specific and effective implementation of the technical service system, with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction with technical services.Provide timely solutions or suggestions for process and technical issues that occur during product use, striving for zero claims.
2、負(fù)責(zé)WR的技術(shù)服務(wù)具體工作的執(zhí)行;Responsible for the specific implementation of WR's technical service work;
3、為公司市場(chǎng)部門或客戶提供日常的技術(shù)支持;Provide daily technical support to the company's marketing department or customers;
4、作為技術(shù)服務(wù)的具體執(zhí)行者及時(shí)協(xié)助上級(jí)主管掌握客戶的服務(wù)狀況和需求;As the specific executor of technical services, assist the superior supervisor in understanding the service status and needs of customers in a timely manner;
5、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化板材應(yīng)用配方,為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)提供技術(shù)建議;Responsible for laboratory application development experiments, design and optimize board application formulas, and provide technical suggestions for product improvement;
6、維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備,確保實(shí)驗(yàn)流程符合安全規(guī)范,完成板材相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)性能測(cè)試; Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure that the experimental process complies with safety regulations, and complete the performance tests of related board experiments;
7、負(fù)責(zé)客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持,解決客戶工廠使用過(guò)程中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題,提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試服務(wù);Responsible for on-site technical support for customers, solve technical problems during the use of customer factories, and provide on-site debugging services;
8、協(xié)助客戶開(kāi)發(fā)新應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,提供工藝適配方案;Assist customers in developing new application scenarios and provide process adaptation solutions;
9、收集客戶反饋和需求,協(xié)同銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)挖掘潛在需求,解決客戶投訴;Collect customer feedback and needs, collaborate with the sales team to explore potential demands, and solve customer complaints;
10、負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)拓展與技術(shù)培訓(xùn),編制技術(shù)手冊(cè);跟蹤競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài);Responsible for market expansion and technical training, compile technical manuals; track competitor dynamics;
11、每月按時(shí)提交工作匯總報(bào)告;Submit monthly work summary reports on time;
12、完成上司布置的其他工作;Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任職條件job qualification:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上Bachelor's degree or above木材加工、林產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)、應(yīng)用化學(xué)或材料科學(xué)Wood processing, Forestry, Applied Chemistry or Materials Science
2、5年以上技術(shù)服務(wù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in technical service助理工程師以上職稱Technical Title: Assistant Engineer or above
3、精通膠粘劑的化學(xué)原理;熟悉膠合板的生產(chǎn)工藝;了解產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的基本狀況。Skills: Proficient in the chemical principles of adhesives; familiar with the production process of plywood; understanding of the basic situation of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
4、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),抗壓能力強(qiáng),能長(zhǎng)期出差 Competencies: Good teamwork spirit and communication skills; strong learning ability; strong stress resistance; able to travel long-term.
5、語(yǔ)言能力:英語(yǔ)讀寫,電腦操作:熟練各種辦公軟件, 其他技能:具有一定的管理能力。Other Requirements: Language: English reading and writing; Computer Skills: Proficient in various office software; Other Skills: Possess certain management capabilities.
