Job Responsibility
工作職責(zé)
1.System Development and Customization工作職責(zé)
系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與定制
- Collaborate with business departments to gather and analyze functional requirements, and actively participate in the design, module development, and secondary customization of the ERP system.
對接業(yè)務(wù)部門需求，參與ERP系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計、模塊開發(fā)與二次開發(fā)。
- Take responsibility for developing system interfaces, customizing data reporting functionalities, and implementing business process logic through coding.
負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)接口開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)報表定制及業(yè)務(wù)流程的代碼實現(xiàn)。
- Work closely with ERP vendors to support system upgrades, functional expansions, and seamless integration with third-party applications.
協(xié)同ERP供應(yīng)商團隊完成系統(tǒng)升級、功能擴展及第三方系統(tǒng)集成。
2.System Implementation and Deployment
系統(tǒng)實施與部署
- Lead or contribute to the deployment of new ERP systems, system upgrades, and data migration initiatives, including the development of comprehensive implementation plans and execution strategies.
主導(dǎo)或參與ERP系統(tǒng)的新建、升級、遷移等項目實施，制定實施計劃與方案。
- Configure system parameters, security settings, and master data to ensure alignment with defined business processes and operational requirements.
配置系統(tǒng)參數(shù)、權(quán)限體系及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，確保系統(tǒng)符合業(yè)務(wù)流程要求。
系統(tǒng)實施與部署

- Perform regular system data backups and security audits to ensure system stability, reliability, and data integrity.
定期備份系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)，執(zhí)行安全巡檢，保障系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性與數(shù)據(jù)安全。
- Manage user accounts, role-based access permissions, and workflow configurations to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
管理用戶賬號、權(quán)限分配及流程調(diào)整，優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)性能。

- Analyze system usage patterns and performance bottlenecks, propose data-driven optimization recommendations, and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

- With more than 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and development;
