The purpose of the position is to formulate and implement China sales & marketing strategy & plan, supervise and follow up the whole process of sales implementation, ensure the completion of sales tasks.

1 Major responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
· Setting and monitor annual marketing & sales strategy and targets ,supporting and motivating team to achieve targets ,ensuring their efforts and results coincide with MIC growth strategies.
制定和監(jiān)督年度營銷戰(zhàn)略和目標(biāo),支持和激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成目標(biāo),確保他們的努力和結(jié)果符合MIC增長戰(zhàn)略;
· Plan and manage the overall operation, business direction and team building, coach and develop team members to improve their capability.
規(guī)劃和管理中國營銷團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體運(yùn)營、業(yè)務(wù)方向和團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,提升他們的能力;
· Support management strategic decisions with detailed sales analysis and monitoring by sector/product category/competitor and customer needs /market trends.
通過對行業(yè)/產(chǎn)品類別/競爭對手和客戶需求/市場趨勢進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的銷售分析和監(jiān)控,為管理層戰(zhàn)略決策提供依據(jù)。
· Manages existing customers and distributor, and realize the expansion of sales turnover.
管理現(xiàn)有客戶和經(jīng)銷商,實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售額的擴(kuò)大;
· Advising and servicing our customers and business partners; organization of product training sessions.
為客戶及業(yè)務(wù)伙伴提供建議及服務(wù);組織產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn);
· Support marketing promotion programs that are consistent with corporate strategy and image standard.
支持符合公司戰(zhàn)略和形象標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的市場推廣計(jì)劃;
· Close work with cross functional teams in Technical、 Operation and Quality Departments etc. to ensure successful delivery
與技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、采購及質(zhì)量等部門的跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,確保產(chǎn)品順利交付。
2 Qualification and skills 資格和技能:
· Bachelor Degree above with major in mechanical、industrial Engineering 、 business related
機(jī)械制造、工業(yè)工程、 商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè);
· Seasoned sales & marketing leader with at least 10 years of experience in selling technical products. Preference for candidates with sales experience in the pump、ball valve and fluid industry.
經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的營銷領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,至少10年銷售技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn); 具有泵、球閥及流體行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
· Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
能夠同時(shí)處理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的能力;
· Strong communications, solving, leadership, influencing skills/ negotiation skills.
很強(qiáng)的溝通、解決問題、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及影響和談判能力;
· Good written and spoken English ability.
較好的英語書面和口語能力。
