Resposibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Southern China Payroll operational activities, covering 4 entities.
-Payroll & Benefits data collection and management.
-ADP system operation and maintenance.
-Payroll & Benefits related accounting & reconciliation.
-Payroll & Benefits reporting management.
-Payroll & Benefits related query management.
-Equity grant and vesting registration management.
-Monthly IIT Filing and Annual IIT reconciliation.
-Temporary staff salary and headcount management.
-Address employee query on timely basis.
2. KOP Review & Vendor Mgt.
-Responsible for the selected China KOP review.
-Assist in vendor service management.
3.Project and Audit
-Actively participation in payroll related projects in line with HR business planning and business needs.
-Support to address query per internal and external Audit initiative.
4.Ad-hoc assignments assigned from Managers.
Qualification:
You are expected:
? To hold Bachelor or Master Degree and have more than 8 years working experiences in Compensation and Benefits operation.
? Strong knowledge and operation skill in ADP GlobalView operation for payroll processing.
? Working experiences in financial industry especially Foreign Banking Company will be preferred.
? High accuracy in daily work, proactive working attitude, problem solver and multi-task handler.
? Strong collaboration skills, quick executer and good adaptability.
? Good communication skills both in written and oral.
