Responsibilities
Take ownership of the whole overseas recruitment projects of high-quality clients from various industries.
Draft English JD, invitation letter and communicate with foreign talents.
? Actively sourcing and screening target candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
? Communicate with clients about the project status and provide analysis reports.
? Assist in drafting pitch deck and market insight report through LinkedIn Talent Insights.
? Summarize success cases and maintain the team knowledge base.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above.
Preferred Experience
? Experience in HR/headhunting/talent sourcing/data analysis.
? Fluency in both reading and writing in English.
? Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information.
? Strong execution and willingness to learn.
? Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail ??
? Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word,PowerPoint and Excel).
