We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Specialist to join our Shenzhen office. This role will oversee HR operations across China and play a key part in talent development initiatives to support ITG’s global expansion over the next 5–10 years.
1. 負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)區(qū)員工招募、錄用、任用、離職等全流程管理
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employment, and offboarding processes in China
2. 執(zhí)行日常員工關(guān)系管理、勞資事務(wù)、考勤與假勤追蹤
Handle daily employee relations, labor compliance, attendance, and leave tracking
3. 規(guī)劃與執(zhí)行培訓(xùn)活動(dòng),支持員工能力提升與組織學(xué)習(xí)
Plan and deliver training programs to support employee growth and organizational development
4. 執(zhí)行集團(tuán)人才發(fā)展與接班人計(jì)劃,協(xié)助盤點(diǎn)關(guān)鍵職位與培養(yǎng)潛力人才
Execute succession planning and talent development programs, identifying and nurturing key talents
5. 配合管理團(tuán)隊(duì)推動(dòng)新政策、流程與系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部公告與落實(shí),包括內(nèi)部溝通、員工說明與執(zhí)行追蹤
Support the management team in rolling out new policies, procedures, and systems by facilitating internal announcements, employee communications, and implementation tracking
6. 協(xié)助導(dǎo)入與維護(hù)人資信息系統(tǒng)與相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)管理
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and related data systems
7. 完成上級(jí)主管交辦之其他任務(wù)
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
職位要求
1. 至少 3 年以上人力資源實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有集團(tuán)或跨地區(qū)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者尤佳
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a group or multi-site environment
2. 熟悉中國(guó)勞動(dòng)法規(guī),具備良好的人資作業(yè)流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Sound knowledge of Chinese labor law and HR operations
3. 良好溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能主動(dòng)推動(dòng)人資項(xiàng)目與政策落地
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently
4. 具備英文工作能力與中英文書面溝通能力佳
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
5. 熟練使用 Excel、PPT 及常見 HR 系統(tǒng)工具
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common HR software/tools
