崗位職責(zé):
About the assignment:
? Ensure that Personnel Administration processes are in line with global processes/directions, legal and taxation standards, country specific requirements and internal auditing requirements;
? Accurately maintain the master data of IKEA co-workers including all job changes, status changes, transfers, and other data changes in the SAP HR system;
? Take responsibility to deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services if needed supported by PA specialists;
? Produce corresponding documents according to service level agreements;
? Support selected activities during the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services and the integration and transition of HR transactional processes from different IKEA countries into HR RHA;

We are looking for the person who have:
? Provide support to all employees and managers in all Personnel Administration related topics as first line of contact;
? Good knowledge of Personnel Administration processes;
? Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines;
? Ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization;
? Flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment;
? Very good English language skills (oral and written);
? Good at Japanese ;
