Job Description
The primary role of this position is sales management and administration, assistant to support our sales team in achieving targets and providing exceptional customer service. This role needs a motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask customer service to address inquiries, order management, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the smooth and efficient processes.

Job Responsibilities
61 Ensures timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data entry into business management systems. 確保訂單處理的及時性以及數(shù)據(jù)錄入業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)的準確性。
61 Reviews incoming orders (commercial) according to established guidelines. 根據(jù)既定準則審核所有收到的商業(yè)訂單。
61 Executes order processing activities related to pricing, commission accrual, export compliance screening etc. according to guidelines. 按照既定規(guī)范,執(zhí)行與定價、傭金計提、出口合規(guī)篩查等相關的訂單處理工作。
61 Enters customer orders into Business Management systems. 將客戶訂單錄入業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)。
61 Coordinates with sales offices, factories and internal functions to resolve problems associated with orders. 與銷售辦事處、工廠及內(nèi)部各部門協(xié)調,解決與訂單相關的問題。
61 Preparation of commission accrual for sales channels, keep track and reconcile the differences if any with Finance. 編制銷售渠道傭金預提,持續(xù)跟蹤并與財務部門核對差異。
61 Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed. 確保遵守工作場所安全規(guī)定,包括但不限于工作時按要求使用所提供的個人防護裝備;不得從事任何可能危及同事或自身安全的不安全或疏忽行為;發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全的工作狀況應及時上報,并在需要時就改善工作安全與健康提出建議。
61 Performs overtime when needed especially on month end business closing. 根據(jù)需要加班,尤其在月末業(yè)務結賬期間。
Basic Qualifications
61 bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields. 商業(yè)管理、物流或相關專業(yè)本科學歷。
61 A team player with positive attitude and able to complete assignment or tasks on time.具備團隊合作精神,態(tài)度積極,能夠按時完成分配的各項任務。
Knowledge
61 Knowledge of Oracle Business system.熟悉 Oracle 業(yè)務系統(tǒng)。
61 Good communication skills (verbal and written). 具備良好的口頭與書面溝通能力。
