1.對接國外銷售經(jīng)理,包括但不限于充分理解客戶需求,組織內(nèi)部支持部門推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展。 Keep in close touch with Sales Managers, fully understand customers’ requests, coordinate internal function teams to push project progress. 2.按照客戶要求安排報(bào)價(jià)以及寄送樣品,并及時(shí)跟進(jìn)到確認(rèn)。 Make a quote according to customers’ request, ask R&D to prepare samples and follow up the feedback from customers. 3.能靈活應(yīng)變,高效組織,快速響應(yīng),確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)落地,完成銷售目標(biāo)。 To be flexible, effective and proactive to respond to customers’ request, set up project timeline and realize the projects to orders to hit our sales target. 4.組織雙方或多方會議,包括業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理、內(nèi)部同事和客戶,有條理安排會議內(nèi)容,完成會議主題溝通,為項(xiàng)目管理過程碰到的難點(diǎn)做好疏通工作。 Organize bilateral or multilateral meetings, involving sales managers, internal departments and customers in a proper and professional way, to fulfill the meeting agenda and eliminate the obstacles for project proceeding. 5.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他事情。 Other tasks assigned by the leader. 崗位要求: 1. 教育程度:本科及以上學(xué)歷。 bachelor degree or above. 2. 相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn):有食品、醫(yī)藥、生物、化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景、銷售、項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。Experience in food, medicine, biotechnology, chemicals or relating industries are better.
