Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows across the full customer journey.
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent) for EDM, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with CRM, content, and campaign teams to ensure seamless automation execution.
- Build and maintain data-driven automated programs(email, SMS, push, trigger-based journeys).
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize automation performance (open rate, CTR, conversion).
- Ensure marketing automation systems integrate properly with CRM, website, and analytics platforms.
- Generate reports and insights on automation effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in building automated flows using Journey
- Builder, Automation Studio, or similar.
- Familiar with mainstream AI agent building platforms, such as Make, Coze, Dify, or similar.
- Proficient in email deliverability, tracking, and data management.
- Familiar with CRM and MarTech integration (e.g.,Salesforce CRM, CDP, API).
- Strong analytical skills, able to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Fluent in English; experience in B2B or international campaigns preferred.

任職要求:

5 年以上營(yíng)銷自動(dòng)化平臺(tái)實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(優(yōu)先考慮有Salesforce Marketing Cloud 使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者)。

深刻理解客戶旅程、用戶分群和生命周期營(yíng)銷。
·
具備使用 Journey Builder、Automation Studio 或類似工具搭建自動(dòng)化流程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

熟悉主流 AI Agent 構(gòu)建平臺(tái)(如 Make、Coze、Dify或類似產(chǎn)品)。
·
