Ensure compliance to end to end controls for the product and data, including effective risk and control management inclusive of non-financial risks, compliance and conduct responsibilities. Adhere to HSBC standard processes. 10. Triage product issues (bugs, security, performance) by identifying the root causes and resolving them. 11. Collaborates across functional areas to define, prioritize and ensure implementation of innovations to improve technical functionality in support of business needs, efficiencies and revenue. 12. Continuously evolve the agile and DevSecOps maturity of the team to “Go faster, break less and Protect production”. 13. Think Commercially. 14. Facilitate meetings, meetups, learning sessions and write blogs to disseminate information in a sustainable way. 15. Implement proper process and practice to improve quality and efficiency. 16.
