崗位職責(zé):
1. Professionally handling incoming phone calls and emails, follow up SOPS to provide basic remote technical assistance to clients.
2. AD &Azure AD account management (creation, deletion, modification).
3. Service requests and P1 issues escalate to the related IT team.
4. Create the ticket according to calls and emails, and forward to L2 support team if out of their support scope.
5. Assists and updates IT issue status with IT L2.
6. Gathering and analyzing IT issues, give the report and suggestions to the leader.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in an IT operations support role would be a plus.
3. Good reading and writing English skills.
4. Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems, software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
5. Ability to provide direction to clients to resolve technological issues.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of regions.
7. Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to clients to use PC, applications, and hardware.
8. Must be available to work overtime during weekends or evenings when necessary.
