崗位職責(zé):
1. Be responsible for the recruitment needs and provide professional recruitment advice and solutions for the business department.
負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的招聘需求,深入了解業(yè)務(wù),為業(yè)務(wù)部門提供專業(yè)的人才招聘建議和解決方案。
2. Effectively handle employee relations issues and promote the improvement of employee satisfaction.
主動(dòng)洞察團(tuán)隊(duì)狀態(tài),有效處理員工關(guān)系問題,促進(jìn)員工滿意度提升。
3. Regularly conduct human resource data analysis to provide data support for management decision-making.
定期進(jìn)行人力資源數(shù)據(jù)分析,為管理層決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
4. Follow the training program, collecting effective feedback and continuously optimizing and adjusting.
跟進(jìn)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目或課本開展,收集反饋,不斷優(yōu)化和調(diào)整。
5. Take the initiative to communicate with all levels to ensure the effective transmission of information, and provide suggestions for personnel management from a business perspective.
主動(dòng)與各層級(jí)人員溝通,保證信息在不同層級(jí)間的有效傳遞,從業(yè)務(wù)的角度對(duì)人員的管理給出建議。

任職要求:
1. 2 years or above of HR-related working experience.
2年以上HR相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. CET-4 or above.
良好的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力
3. Good learning ability and adaptability.
