崗位職責(zé)/Job Responsibilities
1.配合上級完成每日生產(chǎn)訂單計(jì)劃,管理產(chǎn)線在制品和SS現(xiàn)場。
Coordinate with supervisor to achieve the daily build plan, ensure WIP and SS under control.
2.日常安全檢查,識別并跟蹤解決不安全狀態(tài)和行為。
Daily safety check, detect and follow up the unsafety action and unsafety condition with EHS team.
3.監(jiān)控和改善生產(chǎn)效率,優(yōu)化品質(zhì)、消耗、輔料、報(bào)廢及訂單完成率。
Monitor and improve product KPIs (efficiency, quality, extra consumption, consumable, closed order rate).
4.參與制定人力需求和產(chǎn)能計(jì)劃,合理安排員工崗位。
Work with supervisor to draw up the human resource requires and production capacity plan, and arrange operators reasonably based on the build plan.
5.跨部門協(xié)作解決異常生產(chǎn)問題,確保產(chǎn)線快速恢復(fù)。
Work with cross functions to solve and escalate abnormal cases, ensure the production line resumes quickly.
6.記錄生產(chǎn)異常事件,推動相關(guān)部門改善。
Record daily abnormal cases and drive related departments to improve.
7.員工績效管理,每月根據(jù)表現(xiàn)評分并獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
Monthly MBO management, evaluate the MBO based on operators’ performance accordingly.
8.員工技能培訓(xùn),儲備關(guān)鍵崗位人才,培養(yǎng)多技能工。
Responsible for skill training and reserve talent for key stations, encourage operators to be multiskilled.
9.持續(xù)推動工廠改進(jìn),優(yōu)化安全、成本、品質(zhì)和交付。
Drive continuous improvement in safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
10.員工關(guān)懷,定期溝通并解決問題,提升歸屬感。
Care about the staff, communicate regularly and provide help to improve operators’ sense of belonging.
11.執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任職要求:
崗位要求/Job Qualifications
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,具備英文讀寫能力,口語能滿足工作優(yōu)先
Professional college or above, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English is preferred.
2.5-8年電子制造業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5-8 years management experience in electronics production
3.良好的溝通技巧,能和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員良好協(xié)作
Good communication and teamwork
4.優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和關(guān)愛員工意識
