Key Responsibility:
1. Mizone Core Innovation & Renovation
Rooted in brand strategy, find opportunities for innovation, productivity & new product launch and renovation.
Translate consumer insights and channel insights into viable and compelling product ideas and business case.
Support line manager in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Inno & Reno projects on time.
Support to get alignment on innovation projects through stage gate meeting.
Drive sales implementation by working with sales and trade marketing collaboratively to ensure product
availability, in the implementation of brand strategies and tactics that are apt to achieve goals, and to ensure that
projects are properly executed in trade.
2. Mizone Core Portfolio Management
Conduct regular Consumer/Channel/Competitors trend analysis for defining brand issues and developing plans
for execution
Based on deep understanding of consumer/channel needs, recommend and execute the right pack-price
architecture by occasion and channels.
3. Business
Closely monitor business performance to assess progress vs. plan and develop appropriate adjustments as
needed.
Support line manager to do business analysis and review, provide data support for business know-how and
strategy planning when needed.
4. Budget - Monitor & control marketing budget of the programs under Inno & Reno Team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Minimum 5 years in marketing, experience with FMCG multi-national companies
and/or ad agencies preferred.
2. Solid experience and proven successful case in Brand Development, New Product Launch, Renovation, Portfolio
Management. Owned consumer engagement/social seeding/end-to-end brand marketing experience is preferred
3. Desire to learn, Can-do attitude, Resilient, able to manage ambiguity, Self-motivated.
4. Good communication and engaging skills, good organization impact with confidence, Strong project
management.
5. Good English speaking, writing, and reading ability.
