We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Value & Risk practice and support its presence across the Hong Kong region. This role plays a key part in the preparation of valuation reports, data management, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in daily operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to the real estate valuation process within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering accurate, high-quality valuation and consultancy assignments within agreed timelines.
Prepare real estate valuation and consultancy reports in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with our team of qualified professionals, including MHKIS, MRICS, CFA, and CPA members, to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Perform data entry and verification, ensuring all information is correctly input into internal systems and databases.
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation promptly and accurately.
Support team members in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with database systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
A keen interest in real estate valuation and willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
Proficiency in written English and Chinese; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of property markets, valuation principles, or mortgage-related processes.
Familiarity with valuation standards such as IVS, HKIS, or RICS guidelines.
Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to interpret market data and trends.
