What this job involves
Work closely with TA recruiters to enhance effective hiring processes.
Conduct on boarding process for the new hires.
Conduct the healthy check and background check for new hires.
Responsible for the new hire data input into the HR system.
Update staffing reports.
Coordinate and support other ad hoc staffing or HR project if necessary.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
University graduate, Human Resources, Psychology or Commerce is a plus;
Familiar with local social media channels regarding to recruitment related activities;
Be passionate and proactive; willing and able to take initiatives;
A high level of sense of ownership and personal accountability;
A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly;
A team player and good communicator.
Good command of English both in oral and written;
Strong PC skills in windows applications (Excel, Word, Power-point)
