崗位職責:
Key Business Process Integration: Responsible for the planning, diagnosis, optimization, and standardization of the international business process system. Unblock cross-departmental process bottlenecks, clarify responsibilities of relevant stakeholders, develop management specifications, operation manuals, and SOPs for process implementation, especially for LTC, MLT, ITR, and IPD processes. Organize internal training and communication, promote and supervise end-to-end process implementation to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
關(guān)鍵業(yè)務流程打通:負責國際業(yè)務流程體系規(guī)劃,診斷,優(yōu)化,標準化等工作,打通跨部門流程卡點,明確各相關(guān)方職責,制定流程落地過程中的管理規(guī)范,操作手冊,SOP,特別是LTC,MLT,ITR,IPD等流程,組織內(nèi)部培訓和宣貫,推動并監(jiān)督端到端流程落地執(zhí)行,提升銷售和運營效率。
OA & Online Process Optimization: Lead the construction, monitoring, and optimization of OA and other online workflows, formulating process optimization proposals. Regularly analyze process operation data, identify issues, and ensure process efficiency meets management requirements.
OA線上流程優(yōu)化提效:牽頭OA等線上流程建設,監(jiān)控,優(yōu)化工作,形成流程優(yōu)化方案;定期分析流程運行數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)流程問題,確保流程效率符合管理要求。
Management System Development & Audit: Assist business departments in optimizing the construction of international marketing & sales systems, international project & service management systems, procurement & supplier management systems. Drive the resolution of systemic issues and the accumulation of organizational capabilities. Conduct irregular audits and monitoring of the integrated management system.
管理體系建設和審核:協(xié)助業(yè)務部門優(yōu)化國際市場營銷銷售體系,國際工程和服務項目管理體系,采購和供應商管理體系的建設,推動系統(tǒng)性問題解決和組織能力沉淀,不定期進行綜合管理體系的審核,監(jiān)控。
Document Repository Development: Establish, maintain, and update online materials and document repositories. Ensure the file structure aligns with business architecture needs, meeting requirements for reasonable permission management and data security. Support the enhancement of lightweight online tools to ensure they effectively support actual cross-departmental business needs.
文件庫建設:建立、維護、更新線上資料和文件庫,確保文件架構(gòu)符合業(yè)務架構(gòu)需求,滿足權(quán)限管理的合理性和文件數(shù)據(jù)的安全性。支持輕量化線上工具的運行能力提升,確保線上工具支持實際跨部門業(yè)務需求。
Compliance Operation Process Optimization: Assist in formulating compliance operation processes and establishing control mechanisms for compliance operations between headquarters and country offices.
合規(guī)運營流程優(yōu)化:協(xié)助制定合規(guī)運營流程,并建立總部和國家合規(guī)運營的管控機制。

任職要求:
Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Engineering Management, or related fields.
本科及以上學歷,企業(yè)管理,經(jīng)濟學,項目管理,工程管理等專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, operational optimization, and system development.
5年以上流程管理,運營優(yōu)化,體系建設經(jīng)驗。
Proficient in English as a working language. Skilled in using PPT, Excel, and various process tools. Able to adapt to short-term overseas business travel.
英語能作為工作語言,熟練使用PPT, Excel,各類流程工具等,能適應短期海外出差。
Proactive, with strong communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, adept at problem-solving, and possessing structured and systematic thinking.
主動的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強,執(zhí)行力強,善于解決問題,有結(jié)構(gòu)化和體系化思維。
Experience in wind power, new energy, manufacturing industries, To B marketing/sales, or international engineering projects is preferred.
有風電,新能源,制造行業(yè)背景,To B市場銷售經(jīng)驗或者國際工程項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Work Location & Travel (工作地點與差旅):
This position requires adaptation to approximately 3-4 months of overseas travel per year.
