Responsibilities:
? Design finance transformation strategy and finance organization;
? Conduct finance operating model transformation, finance internal control, such as shared services and outsourcing analysis;

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and above;
? Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a leading business consulting organization or in a financial institution;
? General financial institution knowledge – Bank\Insurance company\securities institutions\Trust Center\Credit card Center;
? Financial background preferred – understand corporate accounting/finance operation;
? General finance process knowledge or have the specialty in a focus area – cost management, procurement process and etc.;
? General IT knowledge – understand Finance system, ERP system, intelligence tools, financial module experience is preferred;
? Quick learner and self-motivated;
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
