銷(xiāo)售人員 Sales manager 崗位職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities:
1. 制定并執(zhí)行石油化工及大宗商品銷(xiāo)售戰(zhàn)略,推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。 Develop and implement sales strategies for petrochemical and bulk products, driving sustained business growth.
2. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)大型項(xiàng)目銷(xiāo)售,負(fù)責(zé)從售前到售后的全流程管理,確保項(xiàng)目成功交付。 Lead large-scale project sales, managing the full process from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring successful project delivery.
3. 建立并維護(hù)重要客戶(hù)關(guān)系,開(kāi)拓新市場(chǎng)和業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)。 Build and maintain key client relationships, identifying new markets and business opportunities.
4. 收集市場(chǎng)情報(bào),監(jiān)控競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài),為公司戰(zhàn)略決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。 Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
5. 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì),確保跨部門(mén)高效合作。 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional efficiency.
任職要求 / Qualifications:
1. 男女不限,28–35歲。 Open to all genders, 28–35 years old.
2. 5–10年石油化工或相關(guān)行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其有大型項(xiàng)目和大宗商品銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 5–10 years of sales experience in the petrochemical or related industries, with experience in large projects and bulk products.
3. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,石油化工、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petrochemicals, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
4. 良好的英文讀寫(xiě)能力(CET-6或同等水平)。 Strong English reading and writing skills (CET-6 or equivalent). 熟悉以下產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)(至少其中之一)/ Knowledgeable in at least one of the following sectors: o 能源、煤炭:石油焦、動(dòng)力煤、煉焦煤、瀝青焦 Energy & Coal: petroleum coke, thermal coal, coking coal, asphalt coke o 石油化工:塑料粒子、合成橡膠、基礎(chǔ)油、炭黑 Petrochemicals: plastic pellets, synthetic rubber, base oil, poly-alpha-olefins (PAO) o 有色金屬:鉛、銅、鋁、鎳及其精礦 Non-ferrous metals: lead, copper, aluminum, nickel, and their concentrates
