PMP常州及太倉工廠的生產(chǎn)制造工藝涉及工程機(jī)械等行業(yè)液壓泵、馬達(dá)、機(jī)械行星減速機(jī)、電驅(qū)減速機(jī)等產(chǎn)品的殼體、法蘭、齒輪零部件等的機(jī)加工及其總成的裝配等。
The manufacturing processes at PMP Changzhou and Taicang plants involve machining and assembly of products such as hydraulic pumps, motors, mechanical planetary reducers, and electric drive reducers for industries including construction machinery. These processes cover the machining of components like housings, flanges, and gears, as well as the assembly of complete units.

以上產(chǎn)品加工工藝涉及設(shè)備包括但不限于臥車、立車、臥加、立加、插齒機(jī)、刮齒機(jī)、滾齒機(jī)、剃齒機(jī)、感應(yīng)熱處理、磨齒機(jī)、桁架機(jī)械手、機(jī)器人、清洗機(jī)、減速機(jī)噴涂線、裝配線、測試臺等。
The machining processes for the above products involve equipment including but not limited to:
- Horizontal lathes and vertical lathes
- Horizontal machining centers and vertical machining centers
- Gear shaping machines, gear skiving machines, gear hobbing machines, and gear shaving machines
- Induction heat treatment equipment
- Gear grinding machines
- Gantry manipulators and robots
- Cleaning machines
- Reducer spraying lines
- Assembly lines
- Test benches
This position is at PMP Taicang. He Reports directly to Plant Manager.
This position offers a gross monthly salary of ¥18,000 - ¥25,000 (pre-tax) with 13 months' pay annually.
Salary structure: Basic salary

Job Responsibilities
- 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理技術(shù)團(tuán)隊,全面負(fù)責(zé)PMP太倉及常州工廠的生產(chǎn)制造過程的技術(shù)管理及新項目國產(chǎn)化工作。
Lead and manage the technical team, fully responsible for the technical management of the manufacturing process and the localization of new projects at PMP Taicang and Changzhou plants. - 解決生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的工藝技術(shù)問題,質(zhì)量異常等,給生產(chǎn)過程提供及時有效的技術(shù)支持。
Resolve process technical issues and quality abnormalities during production, providing timely and effective technical support to the manufacturing process. - 持續(xù)推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的工藝優(yōu)化,確保穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)過程,持續(xù)推進(jìn)機(jī)加工過程工藝節(jié)拍改善,提高加工生產(chǎn)效率。
Continuously promote process optimization on the production floor to ensure stable operations, and improve machining cycle times to enhance machining efficiency. - 主導(dǎo)管理刀具部門日?;顒樱_保合理刀具庫存,協(xié)調(diào)處理刀具部門日常技術(shù)問題,開展新工藝及新材料驗證,推進(jìn)刀具國產(chǎn)化進(jìn)程,持續(xù)穩(wěn)定降低刀具成本。
Oversee the daily activities of the tooling department, ensure appropriate tool inventory, coordinate and address daily technical issues, validate new processes and materials, promote tool localization, and consistently reduce tooling costs. - 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)加工調(diào)試技術(shù)員團(tuán)隊,發(fā)展技術(shù)人員技術(shù)水平,秉承SMED理念,不斷提高換型效率。
Lead the machining debugging technician team, develop technical staff capabilities, adhere to the SMED concept, and continuously improve changeover efficiency. - 指導(dǎo)自動化機(jī)器人工程師支持新項目產(chǎn)品調(diào)試開發(fā),對于批量加工工藝,支持現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)品換型及工藝優(yōu)化,確保穩(wěn)定的加工過程。
Guide automation and robotics engineers in supporting new product debugging and development; for mass production processes, support product changeovers and process optimization to ensure stable machining. - 定期評估公司產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能評估,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)線工藝路線,平衡加工工藝。
Regularly evaluate production line capacity, optimize process routing, and balance machining operations. - 規(guī)劃及維護(hù)工廠設(shè)備設(shè)施布局,根據(jù)項目需要及時提出新設(shè)備需求計劃,制定設(shè)備技術(shù)要求規(guī)范,并主導(dǎo)設(shè)備驗收工作,確保穩(wěn)定設(shè)設(shè)備工藝移交生產(chǎn)。
Plan and maintain factory equipment and facility layouts, propose new equipment requirements based on project needs, establish technical specifications for equipment, and lead equipment acceptance to ensure stable handover to production. - 主導(dǎo)推進(jìn)新項目國產(chǎn)化過程,確保新的工藝、工裝、刀具、文件、圖紙等按期本地化。
Lead the localization process for new projects, ensuring timely localization of new processes, tooling,刀具, documents, drawings, etc. - 維護(hù)公司生產(chǎn)所需的工藝文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、刀夾具清單、CNC加工程序等技術(shù)資料的準(zhǔn)確性、及時性。
Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of technical documentation required for production, including process files, work instructions, tooling and fixture lists, CNC programs, etc. - 參與維護(hù)管理公司質(zhì)量管理體系,確保部門的生產(chǎn)活動符合質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Participate in maintaining and managing the company’s quality management system to ensure departmental activities comply with quality standards. - 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他臨時事務(wù)。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
任職資格 / Qualifications:
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械制造相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical manufacturing or a related field. - 10年以上齒輪傳動、減速機(jī)行業(yè)技術(shù)部門工作經(jīng)驗,5年以上技術(shù)部門團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗。
Over 10 years of experience in technical departments within the gear transmission or speed reducer industry, including at least 5 years in technical team management. - 精通機(jī)加工車削、加工中心加工工藝及齒輪加工行業(yè)加工工藝,資深的機(jī)加工藝策劃及改善能力。
Proficient in machining turning, machining center processes, and gear machining industry processes; strong capability in machining process planning and improvement. - 精通機(jī)加工行工裝夾具設(shè)計及應(yīng)用,具備成功的工裝夾具國產(chǎn)化經(jīng)驗。
Expert in machining fixture design and application, with successful experience in fixture localization. - 熟悉ISO9001, IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系,熟悉APQP流程, 擅長運(yùn)用FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5Why等工具。
Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems, APQP processes, and skilled in using tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and 5Why. - 熟練掌握CAD/CAM應(yīng)用軟件及機(jī)加數(shù)控編程。
Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming for machining. - 英語CET-4,可使用英文無障礙工作溝通。
CET-4 English level, capable of seamless work-related communication in English.
