Lead coordination and tracking of project timelines/milestones and issue resolution for the O9 system implementation ? Support documentation, testing and training throughout the system rollout process Functional Skill Required (Hard skills): ? Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with apparel / footwear/ Equipment is a MUST ? Comprehensive understanding of retail math ? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ? Ability to interpret sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business ? Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel and Power Point ? Project management experience is a plus Experience Required (Soft skills): ? High profile x-functional communication ? Minimum 5 years of experience in assortment planning, buying or related fields ? Strong team player and management on all aspects of the business ? Learning agility ? Bachelor degree or above ? Fluent in Chinese & English
