Job description
-assist european hq purchasing dept. finding qualified machining suppliers in china
-supplier analysis & audits-deciding how to meet quality cost requirements
-Travel throughout China and negotiate with possible suppliers throughout China
-follow-up ders with suppliers conduct relevant co-dination wk
-conduct follow-up after quality inspection
-achieve clearly defined, measurable, acable time-bonded targets
-timely rept to china general manager/ hq purchasing dept. direct precise effective feedback
-maintain relationships with existing suppliers
-showing a continuous drive towards improvement enhancement of professional knowledge skills while willing to share infmation with colleagues
-showing suppting team spirit in small business environments
Qualification
-mechanical engineering/ materials engineering background
-must have rich experience in machining machine tool industry.
-engineering wking experience with mechanical &electrical products.
-the cidate shall have very practical knowledge about ing machining etc
-chinese citizen, having the relevant documents to live wk in jiangsu, kunshan.
-university degree
-7-10 years experience in purchasing compress engineering related field
-28-40 years old of age
-ready f business traveling in china to negotiate with suppliers.(to europe f training)
-strong negotiation skills
-proven dynamic enthusiastic team player. –sincere honest
-able to wk independently regularly rept to general manager/ european head office
-preferably good comm of english
工作內(nèi)容：
-開發(fā)有資質(zhì)的鑄造、金屬加工與壓縮機(jī)零件供應(yīng)商。
-分析并審查供應(yīng)商的工藝流程-積極與供應(yīng)商研討以達(dá)到共同的質(zhì)量與價(jià)格的要求。
-在中國(guó)出差并與中國(guó)境內(nèi)的各個(gè)供應(yīng)商洽談合作協(xié)議。
-報(bào)價(jià)單、訂單及相關(guān)合作協(xié)議的跟蹤并管理。
-質(zhì)檢后的零件處理跟蹤（包括退貨、換貨、理賠、質(zhì)量提升建議）。
-準(zhǔn)確、合理、保質(zhì)、保量、及時(shí)完成采購(gòu)任務(wù)。
-向af(昆山)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理與總經(jīng)理及時(shí)匯報(bào)具體工作情況與工作計(jì)劃。
-維護(hù)與保持好現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)商的合作關(guān)系。
-不斷地提升與加強(qiáng)專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能，與相關(guān)的同事共享信息，培養(yǎng)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作精神。

-機(jī)械工程師背景，在鑄造、機(jī)械加工與加工工具方面擁有豐富的知識(shí)，擁有豐富的機(jī)械與電氣產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。
-擁有豐富的采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，良好的采購(gòu)談判技能。
