職位描述:Job Description:
1.負責產(chǎn)品在中國區(qū)域的培訓,推廣和協(xié)調(diào)工作,包括:產(chǎn)品培訓,客戶端講解,銷售訂單和樣品管理,溝通匯報進展等;
In charge of Renolit products promotion in China, including: product training, customer interface, order & sample management, time to time report to VP.
2.組織對相關產(chǎn)品的市場調(diào)研,跟蹤并研究相關產(chǎn)品用戶需求,收集和分析競爭對手信息,研究其發(fā)展動態(tài)和和行業(yè)動態(tài);
Organize related products market investigation, follow up closely of the product trial and feedback, collect and analyze competitors’ products and study industry trends;
3.參與制定產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,產(chǎn)品的宣傳及策劃;根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略對產(chǎn)品市場進行細分,提高產(chǎn)品認知度;
Participate new product strategy and plan, promotion and campaign; and then based on this to develop segment market research and improve product popularity;
4.負責制定新品銷售目標,有效推動銷售團隊執(zhí)行并推動實現(xiàn)新品銷售計劃;
In charge of new products sales target and sales plan each year, and organize and push Sales team to achieve the goal;
5.負責新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)拓展、新產(chǎn)品前期市場調(diào)研,協(xié)助工程師跟進樣品在客戶端的測試;
Responsible for new products explore & development, preliminary new product marketing investigation and assist engineers to do test for prototype at customer side.
6. 負責跟全球集團市場團隊制定全年市場預算、本地化全球市場部的宣傳文件、國內(nèi)的展位搭建、宣傳冊制作、禮品等。
Responsible to work with global marketing team to draft the marketing budget, localize global marketing materials, local China booth decoration, brochure making and gifts, etc.
7. 跟第三方設計公司&集團總部協(xié)調(diào)展位設計、宣傳冊設計等工作。
Work with 3rd party design company & group marketing team to settle down the booth design, brochure design works.
8. 維護客戶關系,培養(yǎng)客戶忠誠度,有效進行客戶管理。
Maintain customer relationship, culture customer loyalty;
任職資格:Qualifications:
1.大學本科及以上學歷,醫(yī)藥、市場營銷相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;Bachelor Degree above, major in pharmaceutical, business and marketing are preferred;
2.5年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗,外資公司市場銷售&產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;Over 5 years related working experiences, multi company Sales & MKT background is preferred;
3.良好的溝通、學習及語言表達能力及較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;Excellent communication, fast learning and language, strong organization and coordination ability;
4.有高度的責任心和良好的團隊協(xié)作精神; Highly responsibility sense and good team-worker sprits;
5.心理素質(zhì)佳,勇于迎接挑戰(zhàn);Ability to work under pressure, and willing to meet challenges;
6.必須具備優(yōu)異的英文讀、說、聽、寫;Excellent English skills;
7. 能適應2周/每月的出差。Ability to travel a lot, 2 weeks per month on average.
8.熟練使用Office等辦公軟件;Familiar to office software.
