崗位職責:
1.深入理解財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程，結(jié)合IT技術(shù)，負責ERP財務(wù)模塊的解決方案設(shè)計與優(yōu)化；
2.通過專業(yè)的需求分析、流程建模能力，將用戶需求以需求說明書、流程圖等形式進行梳理，并提出改善建議；
3.相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方（財務(wù)，供應(yīng)鏈等)、其他產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、交付等團隊成員一起緊密溝通協(xié)作，主動推進項目高質(zhì)量上線，并對最終效果負責；
4.制定系統(tǒng)驗收標準，編寫功能測試用例，輔助用戶及開發(fā)人員對需求進行理解；
5.協(xié)助用戶完成UAT測試，準備系統(tǒng)培訓資料并對用戶進行系統(tǒng)操作培訓；
6.跟蹤上線系統(tǒng)的運行效果、用戶反饋，收集和主動挖掘改進需求，根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求持續(xù)改進系統(tǒng)，提升用戶體驗。
1.Deeply understand business processes and be responsible for ERP Finance solution design;
2.Through professional requirements analysis and process modeling capabilities, use the requirements specifications and flowcharts to better organize the users requirements and propose improvement suggestions;
3.Cooperate closely with relevant business parties（Finance, supply chain）, other product managers and delivery team members, etc. to actively promote the high-quality launch of the project and are responsible for the final results;
4.Develop system acceptance criteria, write functional test cases, and assist users and developers in understanding requirements;
5.Assist users in completing UAT, prepare system training documents and responsible for the system operation training for end users;
6.Track the operational effectiveness of the online system, collect user feedback, collect and actively explore improvement needs, continuously improve the system based on business needs, and enhance the user experience.

任職要求:
1.可以以英語作為工作語言，聽說讀寫流利（此為must條件）
2.本科及以上學歷，計算機，財會相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，3-5年工作經(jīng)驗。
3.熟悉需求調(diào)研方法，具備業(yè)務(wù)流程及業(yè)務(wù)模型分析設(shè)計能力；
4.ERP項目實施建設(shè)經(jīng)驗為必須，NetSuite One-world管理員/power user經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先, 有財務(wù)報表合并系統(tǒng)搭建/運維經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
5.具備一定的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力，自學能力強，富有團隊合作精神，解決復(fù)雜問題的能力，抗壓能力強;
1.Fluent English in listen, speak, read, write as a working language (must)
2.Bachelor's degree or above with 3-5 years working experience, majoring in computer or finance is preferred.
3.Familiar with the requirements research method, business process and business model analysis and design ability.
4.ERP project implementation experience is a must and NetSuite one-world implementation experience or administrator/power user experience is preferred, experience in Financial report consolidation system is preferred.
5.Good organization, coordination and communication skills, strong self-learning ability, rich teamwork spirit, ability to solve complex problems, and strong pressure resistance ability.
