FORVIA“未來座艙”合資公司于2024年8月在蕪湖正式成立。該合資業(yè)務(wù)旨在設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、制造和供應(yīng)全座艙范圍相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)和模塊，包括采用低二氧化碳排放材料和工藝的座椅、內(nèi)飾和座艙電子。該合資公司業(yè)績將并入FORVIA佛瑞亞，目標(biāo)是到2029年實(shí)現(xiàn)10億歐元銷售額。該合資公司位于蕪湖和青島的兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)基地已先期完成建設(shè)與投產(chǎn)。目前，合資公司正致力于打造總部與研發(fā)中心。其功能涵蓋工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)和座艙集成能力，助力FORVIA佛瑞亞提供具有開拓性、可持續(xù)和競爭力的消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)。
Job Description：
Represent customer requirements internally.
Define Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress.
Manage the Division Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization.
Ensure the Division's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements.
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
Report Quality results to all relevant parties.
7 Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master's degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed organization Manufacturing and Quality experience Automotive industry background.
Process orientation.
Multi-site management experience.
Customer Relationship experience.
Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
