職責(zé)描述：
? 項目經(jīng)理是被授予權(quán)力的人由項目發(fā)起人執(zhí)行項目。
? 項目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)查看項目目標(biāo)是達(dá)到并滿足客戶的要求。角色和責(zé)任
? 成為項目關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的所有者，包括預(yù)算/時間/質(zhì)量/范圍管理
? 聯(lián)系內(nèi)部和外部合作伙伴管理，包括研發(fā)、供應(yīng)、采購、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、項目經(jīng)理
? 對定義的流程執(zhí)行負(fù)責(zé)并進(jìn)行課程學(xué)習(xí)積累組織過程資產(chǎn)
? 成為虛擬團隊推動者，在“強矩陣項目”中建立團隊精神管理模式”。管理/監(jiān)督自己的項目資源
? 負(fù)責(zé)利用人員解決問題或提供便利管理技能
? 負(fù)責(zé)向更高級別的管理層報告日常項目團隊共享狀態(tài)并需要所需的支持
任職要求：
? 在跨職能/虛擬環(huán)境中取得成功的良好記錄團隊環(huán)境
? 至少 3 年硬件研發(fā)或嵌入式系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗研發(fā)機構(gòu)
? 硬件研發(fā)項目管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，英文口語流利
