Typical Accountabilities
1.Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for global in-store systems, including POS, BOH (Inventory, Forecasting, Labor and shift scheduling), SOK, DMB, and new digital technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs.
2.Partner with senior executives, key collaborators, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment. Communicate product roadmaps, progress, and achievements effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
3.Collaborate closely
with the regional RS and BT teams to conduct market research, user interviews,and data analysis. Use insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation, with a focus on JFC's global solutions.
4.Lead the end-to-end
product lifecycle, from conceptualization and reference to best practices,
through development, testing, and launch. Define clear product requirements and user stories, collaborating with supplier teams to deliver high-quality products.
5.Establish objectives
and key metrics to measure product success. Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize the product.
6.Ensure the timely
delivery of new features and products by managing cross-functional dependencies and mitigating potential risks.
7.Coordinate with project managers to ensure product milestones are met and deliverables are completed, leading to successful product launches and widespread adoption.
8.Build strong
relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective
communication regarding product status, risks, and developments.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience
1.Technical or Business Degree or relevant proven experience
2.Strong background in product management or business analysis, with specific experience in digital solutions for restaurants or retail.
3.Proven experience in managing the product lifecycle and driving new product innovations.
4.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, balancing technical and business requirements.
5.Experience in managing global product rollouts and multi-region coordination.
