About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically versatile Senior WeChat Mini Program Developer to join our team. This role involves advanced development within the full WeChat ecosystem，integration with AWS China services，and expertise in datamanagement and dashboard creation. You will play a leadership role in delivering innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies and drive exceptional business value.
Key Responsibilities:
. Architect design，and develop complex WeChat mini programs ，ensuring scalability，maintainability，and highperformance.
. Lead the full software development lifecycle for WeChat-related projects: mini programs，WeChat Official Accounts，WeCom，Open Platform，and new AI-driven applications.
. Integrate and optimize solutions across the entire WeChat ecosystem，including seamless integration with AWS China services and platforms.
. Collaborate with UI/UX designers，product managers，and backend developers for holistic product delivery.
. Mentor and support junior developers，establish technical standards，and conduct code reviews.
. Develop，manage，and optimize data pipelines，analytics dashboards，and reporting tools for mini programs and related platforms.
. Integrate APls，third-party services，payment gateways，and cloud functionalities.
. Troubleshoot debug，and resolve issues to ensure high availability，security，and performance.
. Stay updated with the latest WeChat technologies，AWS China innovations，and industry best practices.
. Participate actively in requirement analysis，product strategy，and roadmap discussions.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science，software engineering，or a related field.
. 6+ years of hands-on experience in web/mobile application development with at least 4 years focused speciflcally on WeChat mini program development.
. In-depth knowledge of the entire WeChat ecosystem: WeChat Offlcial Accounts，Mini Programs，WeCom，Open Platform，and AI-related applications.
. Strong technical development capabilities for both WeChat ecosystem and AWS China relevant topics.
. Advanced pro?ciency in WXML，WXSS，JavaScript, and the WeChat Mini Program Framework.
. Experience with WeChat APls，cloud development, WeChat Pay integration，and third-party SDKs.
. Practical experience in data handling，data pipeline development，and dashboardl reporting solutions.
. Deep understanding of RESTful APls，security protocols，and data management.
. Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js，etc.) is a plus.
. Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
. Chinese language proflciency is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Prior experience with e-commerce，social media，or mobile payment mini programs.
. Familiarity with backend technologies(Node.js，Java，PHP) and cloud services，especially AWS China.
. Experience optimizing performance and leveraging user analytics.
