生產(chǎn)物料管理汽車零部件電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備
工作內(nèi)容：
- Manage master production planning, make monthly and weekly plan based on sales order and forecast
- Schedule levelled production plan in daily, release production order and follow up order fulfillment status
- Confirm delivery date of sales orders or quotation based on production capacity and material status
- Monitor full kits of production order, coordinate with buyer team for critical parts
- Support and coordinate production order change or BOM change
- Manage planning parameters as ERP key user
- Production planning regular report and analysis, manage production planning KPI
- Projects or improvement activities assigned
- 根據(jù)銷售訂單和預(yù)測，制定月度，周度生產(chǎn)主計(jì)劃
- 制定均衡日排產(chǎn)，發(fā)布生產(chǎn)工單并跟蹤工單狀態(tài)
- 根據(jù)產(chǎn)能和物料情況，評估及確認(rèn)銷售訂單或者銷售報(bào)價(jià)單的交貨日期
- 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)工單的齊套性，協(xié)調(diào)采購團(tuán)隊(duì)解決物料供應(yīng)問題
- 做為ERP關(guān)鍵用戶管理計(jì)劃參數(shù) - 支持和協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)訂單變更或者BOM變更
- 生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃相關(guān)報(bào)告或者分析，管理計(jì)劃KPI
- 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目或者改善活動(dòng)
任職要求
- Above 5 years of production planning experience, preferably in automotive or mechanical industry
- Experienced on S&OP, levelling production
- Experienced on ERP system, BOM structure
- Solid skills on EXCEL, Powerpoint, PowerBI experience or Visio is preferred
- Strong capability of coordination, logical thinking and problem solving
- English as work language
- 5年以上生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，汽車或者機(jī)械制造行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
- 了解并參與過銷售運(yùn)營計(jì)劃或者均衡化排產(chǎn)
- 熟悉ERP操作，BOM結(jié)構(gòu)，SAP或者微軟D365優(yōu)先
- 熟練應(yīng)用 EXCEL, Powerpoint, PowerBI或者 Visio應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
- 較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，邏輯思維能力和問題解決能力
- 英語可以作為工作語言
